MAKE – Trashion Factory Workshop

Friday, September 24th 10.00am-12.00pm
The Lab E20

In this two hour workshop, Trashion Factory’s Founder and Creative Director, Olivia, taught festival-goers how to upcycle a scarf into a kimono. The full process demonstrated how to take your own measurements, prepare, cut and hand-sew the scarf into an exciting new garment.

This workshop provided a great opportunity for festival-goers to meet other makers and learn about upcycling and reusing together. Trashion Factory regularly hosts sewing and upcycling workshops so, check out their website and follow their Instagram to find out more information about future classes.
