This panel brings together leading industry voices to provide their own personal and professional perspectives on diversity in fashion. Chaired by Amir Kabel, this discussion will delve into the nuances of the systemic inequalities that have permeated the industry for years, and crucially, will explore how we can ensure accountability and work towards a more equal, diverse future for fashion.

An award-winning global leader and influencer in D&I, Amir is currently Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Burberry and has been listed in the Global Top 50 Diversity Professionals List, Top 50 Most Influential Diversity Stars 2020 List and won the ‘Head of Diversity’ Award at the European Diversity Awards in 2017, for his commitment to and 12+ direct years of service in the field of D&I.

Daniel Peters, Founder, Fashion Minority Report

Daniel is a brand and marketing specialist with thorough knowledge and understanding of contemporary culture. His deep passion for advancing the careers of marginalised voices led him to launch the (Fashion) Minority Report, which exists to advance the conversation around inclusion and diversity to a point of measurable change.

Deborah Latouche, Founder, SABIRAH

British born Stylist and Art Director Deborah Latouche defines her style as elegance with an edge. Deborah recently launched her luxury modest wear brand SABIRAH where she is the Creative Director and Designer.

Rahemur Rahman, Designer

Rahemur Rahman is a fashion brand redefining what it means for fashion to be “made in Bangladesh”. Using design, print and weave it aims to reinterpret and retell stories of South Asian identities.

Tosin Adeosun, Founder of @AfricanStyleArchive

Tosin Adeosun is a researcher and curator specialising in fashion history and visual culture from the African diaspora.
