MAKE – Reture Workshop with Sabinna

Friday, September 24th 1.00 – 3.00pm
The Lab E20

During this 2-hour workshop, sustainable fashion designer, Sabinna Rachimova, taught festival-goers how to crochet a cross-body bag using beautiful left-over yarns from their production. Attendees could learn or develop their handicraft skills, discover new upcycling techniques and take the opportunity to meet like-minded craft loving people.

Keep an eye on the SABINNA Instagram page and website for the chance to join a making workshop in the future.

SABINNA is a female-led conscious lifestyle brand offering sustainable fashion through an educational approach with a studio and retail space in East London and a small knitwear studio in Vienna. Our goal is to create ethical fashion without compromising our aesthetic and putting people and the environment at the forefront of everything we do. With a focus on bold prints, statement pieces and timeless silhouettes, we want to shift the perception of what sustainable fashion can look like.

Transparency and personal involvement are at the core of the business. Through educating our customers on ethical fashion and consumption, we try to eliminate greenwashing and give them the power to make informed decisions. Local production, a close relationship to the manufacturer but also emphasis on educational approaches are deeply rooted in the brand’s mission.
