Design for Rental is the new way to design fashion for longevity and inclusivity. As the fashion industry is forced to become more sustainable, we need to stop buying disposable fashion and revisit the way we design and consume with creative solutions.
Come along to this Hackathon, a problem solving workshop where we take a look at traditional design and adapt it for rental and the future consumer. All you need to bring is your iPhone or laptop if you have one, and your ideas! Beginners to design are welcome!
This workshop will be led by LOANHOOD and Marie Jones, Associate Lecturer in Fashion & Sustainability at London College of Fashion.
LOANHOOD To the creative independents, LOANHOOD is the go to fashion rental app that empowers users to create more style with less impact on the planet. That’s because LOANHOOD brings gender inclusive, subscription free rental curated by its members so that together we can build a sustainable fashion future.
